Two Companies Formed

Riverside Engineering, Inc. is changing for the future with the creation of two companies that will work collectively to provide focused solutions to the recycling industry. Riverside Engineering, Inc. will continue to be headquartered in San Antonio, Texas and will focus on shredder design, fabrication, controls and downstream.  Riverside Products, Inc. located in Moline, Illinois will concentrate on genuine wear parts production and innovative rotor design. 

RIVERSIDE ENGINEERING, INC. (REI) provides highly engineered metal shredding solutions into the recycling industry.  In addition to the introduction of the M-Series Shredders, Riverside Engineering has developed industry leading Controls and Automation packages that are custom designed to meet all of the operating requirements of each customer.   Riverside Engineering’s recent installations include: several M-Series Shredders, innovative Double Feed Roll Systems supported with its proprietary Cruise Control automation features and H2Pro Water Injection Systems.  The company takes pride in close working relationships with our customers.  Riverside Engineering provides innovative design and cutting edge technology to the recycling industry to improve performance, increase the ease of operation and reduce downtime.

RIVERSIDE PRODUCTS, INC. (RPI) provides the recycling industry with next generation rotor designs and top quality wear part castings.  The continued global expansion of casting sources allows Riverside Products to be your premier supplier of alloy and manganese wear part castings.  With Riverside Products continued material and design development and the ability to custom design a rotor to meet your needs, Riverside Rotors continue to be the standard.  Riverside has successfully introduced the New “Revolution” series of rotors and with this rotors lower energy costs and reduced wear, Riverside Products has just taken the biggest step forward in rotor design in the past decade.  Riverside Products will work closely with all of our customers to provide the best wear parts and rotor solutions available.

Knowing the needs of our customers has lead to the creation of this business structure and allows Riverside Engineering and Riverside Products to concentrate on our areas of expertise and provide the focused responses that our customers demand.  Both companies will work closely together to serve the recycling industry with new ideas and solutions.
